We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all personal packages (Starter, Creator, Pro). If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. Business Subscription Cancellation

Business subscriptions (Essential, Professional, Studio) can be cancelled at any time. You'll continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for subscription cancellations.

4. Refund Processing

5. Gift Card Refunds

Gift cards and gift package purchases are eligible for refunds under the same 7-day policy, provided the gift recipient has not yet redeemed the gift code.
